Using a Jungian-inspired therapeutic approach , I guide individuals through processes of self-discovery, reconnection, and inner transformation. Currently, I integrate Therapeutic Radiesthesia into my work, along with Analytical Psychology, seeking to offer a complementary space for listening, energetic harmonization, and emotional balance.
My journey also includes yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, and symbolic counseling through tarot—paths that continue to be part of my training and therapeutic vision.
MY JOURNEY
My work as a therapist began with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, deepened with the study of Yoga, and naturally and organically, tarot, Carl G. Jung's analytical psychology, and Therapeutic Radiesthesia came to complement my training and clinical practice.
I have been a Yoga Ayurvedic Massage therapist since 2014 and have worked as a yoga instructor since 2017.
My holistic journey began in 1998 in Brazil, with Hatha Yoga classes taught by Professor Marcos Rojo (USP). In 2009, already in Lisbon, I started practicing Iyengar Yoga with Professor Clara Rolim and, years later, I deepened my studies with Billy Konrad, with whom I completed the Advanced Studies Program in Iyengar Yoga (2021). In that same year, I had the opportunity to study Functional Anatomy of Yoga with Professor Hugo Abecassis.
In 2014, I left my publishing career and began my professional journey as an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist under the guidance of Ma Bodhigita — a teacher dedicated to transmitting this ancient Indian wisdom.
Delving deeper into Jungian studies — under the guidance of Fátima Ponte since 2022 — has allowed me to recognize the profound affinity between the knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and the psychology of Carl Jung.
From 2026 onwards, Therapeutic Radiesthesia became a more central part of my therapeutic work. Currently, I am part of the Comu RT radiesthesia community, under the guidance of Mariana Tortelli, deepening my studies related to the energetic harmonization of chakras, aura, and subtle bodies.
Furthermore, in recent years, my studies of Vedanta with Professor Jonas Masetti have also become a significant part of my journey, deepening my reflection on self-knowledge, consciousness, and human nature—themes that resonate deeply with Jungian studies and the tradition of Yoga. I believe that integrating these approaches into my work contributes to more sensitive and holistic care, promoting greater emotional balance, presence, and meaning in people's lives.
