Jungian Therapy
As a Jungian therapist, my job is to facilitate the dive into the depths of the psyche and accompany the patient on their journey of discoveries and transformations in search of a more harmonious, loving, fluid life, with less suffering and more understanding about our role on this planet and in this life.
In Jungian therapy, we seek to understand the mind, body, spirit and human psyche in a holistic way, seeking to facilitate the process of individuation.
I have been part of this network, supervised by Fátima Ponte , since the beginning of 2024. This is a project that aims to provide therapeutic support based on Carl Gustav Jung's psychology for people seeking psychotherapeutic guidance at more affordable prices.

YOGA CLASSES
Yoga classes with an Iyengar influence. This practice is accessible to people of all ages and is good for the body and mind.
I facilitate private and corporate yoga classes , in person and online.
The word yoga comes from Sanskrit – an ancient language of Nepal and India – and derives from the root yuj which means to bind, to tie, to focus, to keep together, to concentrate attention on something.
MYTHOLOGICAL TAROT ADVICE
I work with the mythological tarot that accompanies Juliet Sharman-Burke and Liz Greene's book because I believe that working with myths familiar to the Western world facilitates connection with the symbols of each card. The Greek myths used in these cards portray archetypal patterns of human life through figures and stories. I use a counseling approach based on Carl Jung's analytical psychology—a psychological approach.
Oracles have enchanted men since the most ancient societies and tarot has been used to access our psyche for more than 500 years.
